Booking & Payment Terms

Securing Your Date: No event date is held without a consultation, signed custom contract and a 20% non-refundable deposit.

Payment Schedule: Your remaining balance is due in full 5 days prior to the event date.  No payments or card transactions will be accepted on the wedding day.

Cancellations & Adjustments

60+ Days Notice: Cancellations made more than 60 days before the event will release you from paying any remaining balance. Your 20% deposit remains non-refundable.

30-Day Guest Count Guarantee: Final guest counts and party sizes are locked into your contract. Any reductions to the party size made less than 30 days before the event date will not reduce the total balance due.

Day-Of Prep

Hair Preparation: Everyone being styled, please arrive with clean, completely dry hair free of all products.

Naturally Curly Styling: If you plan to wear your natural curls for the event, please complete your usual wash and hydra-routine at home so your hair is fully dry and ready. While I carry a full suite of premium products to style and define, you know your unique curl pattern best. Starting with a foundation you already know and trust gives us the absolute best baseline to create your final look.

Prep Fees: If hair requires an unexpected blowout or extensive detangling upon arrival, a prep fee of $45 will be collected on the day-of.

Attire: It is highly recommended that everyone getting hair styling wear button-ups or zip-ups to protect finished styles.
